The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and High top chair available upon request for $10 per night.

All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. A $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee apply. Be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud or rowdy and have parties. It would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.
