The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The front bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room chaise can be converted into a single bed, accommodating up to five guests.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee for special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building for $15 per night, on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved ahead of time. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night.
