The first floor features a kitchen with a dining area and living room, the second-floor bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and full bathroom, the top floor has a full-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk, and the lower level features a half bath, desk, and a sofa that turns into a sleeper sofa.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet due to special cleaning requirements. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building for $15 per night and must be reserved in advance. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.
