Downstairs, the lower level includes a half bath, a desk area, and additional seating—ideal for work or relaxation. On-site rental parking and coin-operated laundry are available for added convenience.
Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building for $15 per night. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For any stays 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night.
