We have some flexibility with furnishings or the condo being empty. The... living room has a large sofa and coffee table. The main floor room can be a office or bedroom with a twin bed, it has a nice sized empty closet for personal things and additional shelving. The main bathroom has a new shower with adjustable handheld showerhead. The complete kitchen has it all : 4 top gas stove oven, new microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a small laundry area with a washer and dryer near the back staircase. The best of all is a glass covered wooden arched sunroom overlooking a gorgeous well-maintained backyard. The 3rd floor is the main bedroom with a half bath and small shower, closet, mini-kitchenette, queen bed, space for storage. The unit has a driveway space, which can be rented separately. We are renting our home out to someone special welcoming them to enjoy this space we love and its wonderful community. The bus stop is in the block and across the street. We are centrally located with Huron Village less than 10 minute walk away, Harvard Square 20 minute walk and Alewife T ( subway transportation) about 15-20 minutes. We have beautiful parks - Danehy and Fresh Pond, along with markets, cafes, dry cleaners, grocery shopping, movie theater, and an amazing bakery literally within blocks.

We are flexible with emptying the unit or leaving partial furnishings. We can provide everything: queen bed linens, kitchen supplies. We will provide water, HOA fees, and wifi, along with utilities up to $200/month. We have some flexibility for the move-in date, which could start in August 2025.

Why are we opening our home? We are moving our household closer to family in North Carolina. We will be putting the condo up for sale in May 2026. We will be painting all walls in a more neutral color. Read More
