All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID prior to access. A $500 fine will be charged for each day of your stay if you interact with building staff or maintenance team. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave and do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment.
