This is a private suite with no shared areas. Park in the driveway and walk right into your room. The TV offers streaming services only, with no cable. Do not go into the backyard through the gate or glass doors as that is the owner’s private space. No illegal activity is permitted in this location or over the provided Wi-Fi and internet. Use courtesy with neighbors and do not have a loud presence outside the unit. Only park in the designated spot. If you need an additional spot for a second car or guest, park at the end of the street in commuter rail parking. Be respectful of all passersby and neighbors. Heat and AC can be controlled using the white remote, choosing the SUN icon for heat or the SNOWFLAKE for AC, and setting the desired temperature.
