Adams Village

Walls are paper thin. Smells and noise drift all hours of night. It’s supposed to be smoke free but management doesn’t enforce. 2 washers and 2 dryers for entire building, usually at least one is broken or left dirty (last week opened washer to find no lie spaghetti and sauce inside). HUGE rodent problem.

Constant attempts have been made to break in to various different apartment. Packages go missing regularly. Management is rude and intentionally unhelpful. Has a bedbug and rodent infestation. This place was just detrimental to both my physical and mental health.

Lots of insects and spiders. Washers/dryers consistently broken and eat money which management will not refund. Management unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. Mail and packages frequently go missing. Floors/ceilings constantly creak so if your upstairs neighbors have a different schedule than you, you're going to be miserable. Ridiculously overpriced for a building on the outskirts of town that looks and feels like it's been slowly falling apart since the 80's (with some paint and cheaply... refinished floors/cabinets thrown up to make things look pretty for the initial showing). The property itself has issues & they do have a rodent problem due to that. The property management office are nice to your face, but they're not good or trustworthy.
