Place is trash. They advertise a hot tub, despite the fact it's been closed for 17 months.

Great customer service

I have never seen a staff like the one at Four Winds. If I call the office with a maintenance request they put in the request instantly and within 20 minutes I usually have maintenance at my door. Both of the men are always so pleasant and nice. The staff does an excellent job here.

New Maintenance Staff is Fantastic

i have lived at four winds for a few years and my only issue i ever had was the maintenance staff. they have always been nice but it took things too long to be fixed correctly. recently they have hired a new maintenance staff and my experience thus far has been beyond exceptional. they come by in a timely manner and if you are not home they leave a note letting you know they were there and what they did at your home. its a great thing to come home and not have to wonder if things were fixed.... i am very pleased.

Living here was a pleasure

I unfortunately have to relocate out of state, which is the only reason I am ending my residency at Four Winds. Britnee has been great since I moved in, and has been a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Four Winds to any of my friends relocating to this area.

great amenities

i looked at a lot of apartments in the fall river area. the amenities at four winds were a major selling point for my family and i. it's great to have a pool to use in the summer and winter. the community is well kept for being over 30 years old.
