Maintenance

Steve is wonderful! When I put in a request for maintenance it is taken care of within 48 hours. He is thorough in the work that he does and checks in to ensure that I was happy with his work. I have lived here for nearly five years and am pleased with the care they show residents, the professionalism demonstrated each time he repairs, paints or takes care of any issue I may have.

My 4 year old son and I have been living in yarn works for 2 years now and we love it. The location is great and playground and stores are in walking distance. The staff here are amazing and the always have a smile and are willing to lend a ear even if it's not related to yarn works.
