Mill Valley Estates

Right now I am very happy for the great maintenance service. My heat was not working so well, and I called and they came out and fixed it. Something had gotten bumped and closed heat off in a room, and it was a very easy fix. Since I am sick and we are due for a Nor'easter, I feel very thankful for their rapid response, and pleasant maintenance staff. They always fix anything very quickly and pleasantly!

Mill Valley Estates is a very lovely, peaceful, and beautiful place to live. I have lived here almost twenty- four years. It is a safe place to live. There are cameras in the parking lots and security guards at night. The grounds are beautiful and are kept very clean. The apartments are kept nicely inside and outside. Maintenance is done well. My review is that the apartment itself is good and satisfactory for the price. however the service for renters has been awful. I have repeatedly been given incorrect information about the apartment itself, the application process, my payments, and all other aspects of living at Mill Valley by realtor staff themselves. There is no responsiveness to issues had and seemingly little care about renters.

I have lived at Mill Valley Estates for twenty three years. I love it here. The apartments are spacious, sunny, and modern. Each apartment has two bathrooms, a regular size washer and dryer hook ups, a dishwasher, and efficient air conditioning. Maintenance is good and the common areas and grounds are kept immaculately. The lawns are very well tended, there are really nice trees, and there are very beautiful flower gardens. We even have a big family of deer that pass through the woods that... you might catch a glimpse of at twilight. Heat and hot water is included in the rent. You have access to high speed internet, package handling, a play ground, a fitness room, a resident garden, walking paths, a basketball court, and ample parking, excellent snow and ice removal in the parking lots and the place is beautifully landscaped. There are security cameras on all parking lots and buildings, there is very good lighting, and there are evening security guards. There is a picnic area with grills and tables and you can have a grill or outside furniture and plants on your patio. There are even little book houses where you can donate a book or take a book. The book houses have benches next to them where you can sit surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, read, or visit with neighbors. There is a resident portal where you can pay your rent online and buy and sell on or send a message to other residents on. The site also has interest groups so you can meet your neighbors. Maintenance is good here. The residents here are a mix of students, some long term residence and new families and we all seem to get along. There are six two bedroom handicapped apartments like mine that are very handicap accessible. They are two, three, and four bedroom apartments here. This is a peaceful, quiet, and friendly place to live. I think that people feel good about living here and happy people get along well with their neighbors. Everybody is welcome here and people look out for one another, which gives it a home town feeling. People live here from all over the country and all over the world while they go to school or settle in the area. We are ten minutes from town and there is a very close by bus service. Read More

This place is great! Great location clean grounds and beautifully landscaped. The staff are friendly and always there to help. Love living in this community.
