Eagle Rock Apartments at MetroWest

I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. Because management is 0 out of 10. Cleanliness as well. It may be a little expensive, but it should be another apartment.

Visited here for an apartment tour. Leasing staff were misleading and the man in particular was extremely rude and dismissive. They quoted a rent nearly $200 higher than their original quote, and simply shrugged and said “Good luck” finding apartments when I asked about the difference. The apartment complex itself was very poorly maintained, smelly, dirty, run down. Other resident reviews seem similar. Would not recommend at all.

oh Eagle Rock what a nightmare. I lived here 2 years now- first 6 months was great, then they removed the trash rooms that I was told would be on my floor in my lease. Next my car was towed from a spot with white lines during a snow storm that for the past year I have seen someone parked in everyday with not a tow truck in sight- I work til midnight and constantly need to park in the guest lot due to them not inforcing parking (so what am I even paying 15$ a month for?!) Laundry machines never... work and when they do my clothes get ruined- the card machines been cash only for 6 months and no one seems to care to fix it, the dryers cost me 12$ sometimes just to dry a small load. Now the real kicker- I found out people with renovated apartments have been paying less or the same as me for months now! when i tried transferring to a new renovated one I was given the run around the office had no answers/ wrong answers/ days to respond. Now i found somewhere new to live and am told im going to be charged for 60 days due to lack of notice- I never said id renew and made it very clear i did not want to stay in my current apartment …and you need 60 days to renew soooo regardless theyd charge me 2 months extra for nothing. I do not see the logic at all. Neighbors complain of mice and roaches. I have found dead roaches in my laundry from other units- gross. Was going to stay out of convenience as i work close and would only be moving stuff to another unit and new company maybeeee they would fix some stuff? but thank god I dodged that bullet. I told other residents I am friends with and they said if my issue is not resolved soon they will also not be renewing.They need to do some work and show to some compassion for their residents and show they care about keeping them. I have been living here for many years, however each year the property went from bad to worse. Minimum 2 to 3 families living in 2 bedroom and 2 families living in 1 bedroom apt. Hence no availability of parking space and laundry machines. The laundry machines are filthy and broken. Each week, I keep searching for a clean machine in all 3 buildings.

Dog poop and pee in the elevator, all over the grounds and in the building staircase. Beware of MOLD in 66-405.

In building 55, homeless guys... break into the first floor empty apt.. drink and smoke drugs every night. Another homeless guy occupying space outside the 6th floor elevator.

They assigned me with parking spot that was already allocated to another tenant. My car was towed and I had pay $200 to get it back. They didn't trim the trees and a branch fell on the car, I paid $300 in repairs. Got a new spot, someone parked their car in my spot, the towing guys never came.

I informed Katia that there are too many issues going on and best I move out. I will stop by tomorrow and complete the paperwork to not renew my lease. She said DON"T COME TO THE OFFICE, send an email. The leasing office people think they do you a favor and all have ATTITUDES!

I could never get through to a live person always got a voice mail that said they would text me. Tried 3 or 4 time but no one ever responded. Decided on another apartment.
