Terrible service
We have lived at Bay Ridge for 5 plus years. Over the years we have submitted multiple break / fix tickets and they were completed in a timely manner. We love that about Bay Ridge, and it was one of the biggest reasons we stayed. I’m not sure what changed, whether management or the technicians, but this current Bay Ridge is nothing like the past. We submitted a ticket because our AC was not working. We didn’t hear anything back from management or the technicians for a month. We then submitted a... different ticket for the same issue. At this time is when a technician reached out saying they needed to order parts. This was never communicated to us and we even think they might have forgotten about our issue until the second ticket was submitted. We are now currently going on month 3 with no AC. No compensation or discount was given for living 3 months without central AC which is one of the benefits they list on their units. Management provided only one window AC after the second ticket. The AC unit helps but now our electricity bill is sky rocking while we still pay the same rent without the amenities they advertised.
