Drugs & vandalism
Dark parking lots, cameras don’t pick up crisp images so many vandalism reports with no faces! Not safe area. Drive by shooting in first year I lived here. Basement damp so useless for storage. Elevators break down constantly.

MOLD THROUGHOUT BUILDING
Grounds aren’t maintained. Dogs allowed and bag dispenser at entrances but you will still step in dog crap. Mold in every apt. Many residents including myself had to get town of Haverhill involved to get things fixed and mold removed. Damp storage in basement. Your things will smell & get ruined. Walls are so thin you can hear next door’s conversations. Our vehicles have been vandalized in both parking lots. Cameras are cheap so can’t make anything out so they’re useless!
