Under New Management
If you’re looking at older reviews, I would encourage you to take into account that Cabot Crossing is now under new ownership and management. The changes made over the past year have been impressive. The community has undergone significant upgrades, including renovated apartments, a beautiful new clubhouse, an upgraded fitness center, and ongoing improvements throughout the property.
It’s clear that the new ownership is investing heavily in the resident experience and is committed to turning... the community into something special. The staff has been friendly, responsive, and focused on making positive changes. No property is perfect, but it’s obvious that Cabot Crossing is not the same community it was when many of the older reviews were written. If you’re considering moving here, I would recommend touring the property yourself and seeing the improvements firsthand.
