Stay away from this place!

I had the worst experience on Wednesday the young lady in the front seems new! couldn’t answer my questions about vacating and notice she said I needed to speak to the manager and didn’t know when exactly she would be in! any other questions asked she was just dismissive as If though I was wasting her time ! How does she not know the timeLine to give NOTICE ! she’s been working here for a while now! They need to properly train anyone in that office at this capacity!!

Worst place ever !

This place is Ridiculous any time you try to reach the office they are not answering . I had to physically go in on my lunch break to see what’s available and then the front desk girl was clueless and I wasted my time. She told me she had to ask the manager and get back to me. Highly not recommended!

New Management

I have been a resident here for some time. It’s been difficult in the past but the last couple weeks have been so great with both Megan’s in the office. They communicate quickly to get answers, problems solved or at least worked on in a timely manor.
I hope this is the last change of management.

Improvement!!

Have lived here on the property for a while and it’s been just OK but I’ve noticed in the past few months since new management has stepped in, the morale throughout the building is so much better and management and maintenance are listening and responding to our needs so much better than under previous management. It’s a beautiful place to live and convenient and it’s absolutely a breath of fresh air to have the new management step in with great knowledge, and respect. Happy to see them being … so proactive by handling any issues we might have as quickly as they do !! The new management is very respectful, friendly , and all about making life very comfortable here at Tewksbury Commons. I’d recommend it highly if you’re looking for a place to live in this area.. A big thank you so much to the new management for all you are doing !!!
