Management/leasing staffs are very nice and accommodating. They response to your emails quickly.

Samir from maintenance came over this morning (May 30, 2025) to do maintenance work in the unit. He did a good job! He is humble and soft spoken person and pretty neat. (*****)

Great community around the area and a fitness center. Maintenance response quickly to service requests, typically within 24 hours. One down side is the pricy water charge, nearly doubles what the city would normally charge you.
