Great facilities and well-maintained common areas. The staff are responsible, responsive, and helpful whenever issues come up. The building feels clean, safe, and organized. Overall a positive living experience!

I have really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment community is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The management team has been friendly and responsive whenever I had a question or small request. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. The amenities such as the gym, package lockers, and common areas are well maintained and add a lot of value to the living experience. My neighbors are respectful, and the... overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and reliable place to live. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here and I am happy to give it a five star rating because it truly deserves it.

Units and amenities are great. The quiet hours are respected by all residents. There is minimal noise from outside the building. Walls are thin though.

I just moved in a week ago. I’m living in the North Building — it’s clear and quiet here, and very close to Malden Station. Everything’s been great so far!
