I have really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment community is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The management team has been friendly and responsive whenever I had a question or small request. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. The amenities such as the gym, package lockers, and common areas are well maintained and add a lot of value to the living experience. My neighbors are respectful, and the... overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and reliable place to live. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here and I am happy to give it a five star rating because it truly deserves it.

Units and amenities are great. The quiet hours are respected by all residents. There is minimal noise from outside the building. Walls are thin though.

I just moved in a week ago. I’m living in the North Building — it’s clear and quiet here, and very close to Malden Station. Everything’s been great so far!

J Malden is an amazing place to live if you want to stay closer to city and T station. Every essentials are at walking distance and the building has good amenities with super helpful staff.

This apartment complex has notable shortcomings. There's no communal trashcan on our floor, the roof is never open, and service requests are rarely acknowledged. Additionally, the timed locks on the gym and study rooms are inconvenient and feel overly restrictive, much like a dorm. These issues significantly detract from the living experience.
