This apartment complex has notable shortcomings. There's no communal trashcan on our floor, the roof is never open, and service requests are rarely acknowledged. Additionally, the timed locks on the gym and study rooms are inconvenient and feel overly restrictive, much like a dorm. These issues significantly detract from the living experience.

Living here has been a great experience, staff is great, both management and maintenance. One star deducted because Skydeck construction has gone on much longer than anticipated.
