Cozy place with little to no parking

PRO:
Well managed property with various amenities.
Not much crime in the area.
Near the orange line Train station.
CON:
Strict parking policy. Only 1 spot per apartment regardless of number of tenants. Visitors with a visitors pass will be towed hours after the expiration. Office isn't open on weekends and visitor passes aren't handed out much earlier than the very end of the previous month. Even if the lot is almost empty, they will tow based on principle.
Dumpsters are often overloaded… .
Washing machines constantly out of order.

Overall

CONS: The apt is very small, the kitchen is not open, you can hear all the footstep of people walking in and out of the building and also your neighbor, administration very strict about the noise, is very old style needs to be renovated.
PRO:I do like includes a parking, heat, water, near walking distance from the T, Safe neighborhood, schools is great for kids, nice town,
overall is Ok to live and the price for 2 bedroom is good. ahh very nice storage room.

Safe place to leave

I leave in a complex building very well managed and kept, it's a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a very nice open living room kitchen, a lot of closet space and a deposit in the basement, was what really sold me since we are a family of 3 it's hard to find an apartment with a lot of storage space. I love to cook an entertain at the same time, all of our friend always have to say something about our apartment from decor, our cozy sofas, open kitchen etc. what's also very nice about my apartment it's the… location and the proximity to downtown Boston, it's a well known small town with a very good school system for children, I feel safe and secure because it's a family oriented town, which I really love.
