We enjoyed our 3 year stay at colonial village! It truly made us feel like we were home everyday. Thank you to management for being there whenever we needed them! Ashling was very nice and is very professional and understanding. The maintenance was always on call at all times.
Highly recommend moving here!

Don't rent here!

Awful place to live. Roache and mice infested! Management is terrible, Maintance is terrible! So glad I moved!

Quiet and comfortable

I have enjoyed living her for a few years. Maintenance is great and management is professional. My apartment is comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

I would live again if I didn't move to another state

The 1-bedroom apartment is very spacious and very bright. The management is always responsive and makes sure I have everything I need.
