The Flats at 125 Broad

I was in New York visiting family when I saw this place online. I was able to do everything over the phone and email and schedule my move in date for when I returned to Massachusetts. I told them I was a Home Improvement Contractor and they were happy to have me knowing I would take care of my unit. The building itself is not perfect as it is an older building but the units are all modern on the inside. The owners and property managers are extremely reasonable and good people. I've rented from... some places in the past where I was treated very poorly and my privacy invaded constantly - this has never happened here. If there's ever an issue it gets taken right care of right away. It's a pretty quiet place as far as I know the floors have concrete slabs in between them so you never really hear anyone from unit to unit. Only the occasional traffic right outside your entry door. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to other one bedrooms I've seen listed. The location is nice close to the highway for work and puts you right in between Boston/Plymouth. I moved into this apartment building in December 2023 and have been satisfied with my experience. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the community manager is consistently responsive and helpful. The property’s prime location is another major benefit. Overall, it’s been a reliable and comfortable place to live.

What I appreciate most about living in The Flats is the weekly cleaning that gets done! They are always quick to fix things as well. I’ve been here 3 years and have not had any issues with management or how things are being done.

If you never need anything then it's fine but if you ever need anything from management good luck. Apartment manager is unresponsive and doesn't do her job, if you need any emergency assistance you will have to call a foreign support line where they will open a ticket and then you just have to hope that something happens.
