Union and Grove Apartments

I lived in this property for 2 full years and can say that the rent is just right for what you get here. The property management company is attentive to your needs and does provide a good experience for its tenants. The apartments that are renovated are in great shape with new paint, fully renovated kitchens and bathrooms and new carpet. I will note that the carpet is very thin and was poorly put down (not even stapled in some areas). The kitchen is nice but admittedly very small, even for a... 2-bedroom unit. The management company does a good job with having the apartment common areas cleaned weekly and the grounds well maintained. The unit itself is small but cozy and well worth the affordable rates. There are just no "extras" to have here but you just must understand that going in. There are only 2 sets of coin-operated washers and dryers in the building which is generally doable (only ran into a problem a few times in 2 years). These apartments are in a great location though with lots to do nearby and they are super accessible from the major highways. Overall, my experience here was pleasant but I was happy to be able to get out and find something with a bit more as a renter. I would recommend this property and the properly management company.
