Stellar!

Quiet, clean, well-maintained, well-run. Terrific, tall antique windows flood every room with light, but ceilings not so high that unit won’t stay warm/cool. Good, solid walls and floors ensure privacy. Rehabbed 2009 with great, open layouts. Lengthy, meticulous background check on prospective tenant done prior to showing; keeps building peaceable. And great location. Drawback: no w/d in unit, so tenants share 2nd floor laundry room. Only two pairs of washers and dryers make for occasional delay... . Apart from that, this place is heaven. (Unless you want vast spaces: then you need prototypical 20th century mill building.)
