This unit comes with enough space to park three cars in the driveway out in front of the house and the island is easily accessible by car. Plum Island is also very bike-friendly, so this is another great way to get around.
Plum Island is a peaceful retreat on the northeastern coast of Massachusetts. This house is located very close to the beach. This is a great area to relax and take in the sounds and smells of the ocean, while still being close to quaint downtown Newburyport, full of great restaurants and shopping.
Guests will have access to the entire property and yard. I am always available to answer questions that you may have, but I respect your privacy. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests will be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle.
