It includes all the necessary dishes, glassware, and cooking accoutrements, such as a combination air-fryer, convection, and microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and a gas grill. The bedroom features a queen bed with bedside tables and lamps, and the window AC keeps you cool during hot summer days. Sunnyside offers one spacious full bath with a combination tub and shower.
Off-street parking is available for three cars. For family-friendly homes, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
