House is insulated. Buderus natural gas fired hot water heat, efficient electric heat pump water heater, and efficient mini-split AC with one wall unit on each floor.
There's a nice long front and side wraparound porch. Coat hooks / mudroom area by front door. 1st floor bedroom has it's own door, providing flexibility! (e.g. for home office with separate entrance, mother-in law situations, etc.) Private management by owner (not a big property management company). Dog/Cat OK!
