Love it here

Living at olde derby village has been such a great experience. These apartments are very homey. Very cozy. Neighbors are super friendly. Daphne and Jessica whom are manager and assistant manager are awesome! They go above and beyond and make sure you are always happy and satisfied. Maintenance team are also great, they are quick and efficient. Definitely recommend living here!

Easiest Process ever

I got referred here and the process to acquire a unit was pain free and flawless. Couldn’t of asked for a better living situation I am provided with here at Olde derby village. I got the best help from Veronique super professional and answers any question via phone or email almost immediately.

Great apartment, staff, and community

Nice location to station, grocery store, gym, etc. Staff are helpful, and the community is safe and friendly.

5 stars here!

I have been here for 5 years and it's a nice little place to be in. The management team is 5 star in my opinion, very caring, polite, and professional.
Example for me was today I had an issue that was quickly resolved by the Assistant manager, she was very nice in helping me and that to me says it all.
