Best Staff Ever

Well this staff is the most helpful and nice in my 9 year that I ever now please keeping them en this location. The best’s manager and staff en my 9 years including the handy men every single one off them not only Abaut the Apartament but also if I have any question about housing etc so very happy

Office and maintenance staff are excellent

Ive been here 3 1/2 years. Leasing team ( Emily and Tatum) are very friendly and professional.
Over the years I've searched many apt complexes and Emily is by far the best property manager around. She and Tatum are both very approachable and efficient as concerns are addressed promptly. Maintenance team ( Mark and Armand) is very friendly and helpful. Most of the tenants are respectful and friendly. Laundry room and other common areas are always clean.

Well-managed and comfortable living!

I've been living at Towne House Apartments for three years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The management team (Emily and Tatum) have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within 24 hours.

The building is in a great location and I've always felt comfortable and safe in my unit. I highly recommend living at Towne House to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home!

We Love Mike!

The new property manager is AMAZING. There have been many property managers while I have been a resident here, but Mike is by far the most responsive, kind and understanding. It is not uncommon to see him lending a helping hand to residents, bringing in groceries, taking out the trash, or other helpful things. We are very sorry to leave the community, I wish we could take Mike with us! The property is very well kept, clean and the maintenance is done the same day as requested. I enjoyed my time… here, the location is perfect for families. The pool is great this time of the year! Great place to live!

Great staff and lovely location

I lived here for 3 years and can't say enough good things about the staff. I always got a quick response whenever I had an issue, and they are all so helpful and professional. The pool is very nice, plenty of parking, and right down the street from Wollaston beach & a nice Stop & Shop.
