Disappointing Leaving, Unprofessional Management ,Excessive Hidden Cost and Moveout cost
My experience with this apartment community was very disappointing.
The management was unprofessional and difficult to work with. The building lacks proper ventilation, and due to constant highway noise, opening the windows is often not practical. This leads to poor air circulation and makes it difficult to keep the apartment clean.
Garbage disposal policies were extremely restrictive. Even disposing of small household items could result in significant charges of 150 dollar each time and... monthly they could charge 2 times. Management frequently imposed additional fees for various issues, which became frustrating and expensive over time.
The move-out process was particularly concerning. Residents are required to pay a large security deposit, yet substantial deductions are made for painting and wall repairs. The walls appear to be of poor quality, and normal cleaning can easily damage the paint. Charges for painting and repairs seemed excessive compared to the actual work required.
Other issues included:
* Constant highway noise.
* Poor water pressure.
* Water heater outages occurring frequently.
* Water leakage in the kitchen from the unit above, creating hygiene concerns.
* Cockroach problems within the building.
* Additional move-out charges for sanitization and pest-related treatments.
Overall, the combination of maintenance issues, excessive fees, and poor management made this a very negative rental experience. I would recommend that prospective tenants carefully review all policies and potential move-out charges before signing a lease.
