I just moved in Jan 8... I was so excited and they told me to come for 12 and I did then they said maintence wasn’t ready so return 30 mins later. Got inside loved it but then started looking around... found mouse poop in the closet and then bed bugs on the counter ... not even one day I was there .... the hallways do smell ... I got a renovated(so called) apt. Curry stains,oil stains,broken blinds were there even before I move in..it was handed over to me in such a pathetic condition.. Next happened to see black stuff everywhere in carpet..which is actually MICE POOP?? ?? Great..later roaches! Wow I pay you rent and owe a big thank you for my hygiene health.. everyday I wake up scared ?? what could have walked in my kitchen counters last night..

They claim themselves as luxury apartments but they are not. I live in the "renovated" one bedroom apartment but the cabinets and equipments are not cleaned, they have curry stains and scent everywhere. Then in two months after I moved in I found out the pest problem they have in the unit, I complained and they had notices for the building saying they have pest controls, but obviously it didn't help because I had to buy my own mouse traps and actually caught three mice already and my lease still... isn't ending until August. Showers are not functional everyday, there were days in the winter where you suddenly had cold water and there would just be no hot water coming down. Neighbors are ignorant and loud especially with the kids, they play bicycles in parking lots areas, in the main car roads and even on tennis court surface, parents seem to don't care about their children or assume drivers will have to dodge them? No you should be guarding them and tell them to get on the sidewalk. And the adults will be playing tennis or badminton at the parking lot where cars are parked, what if someone's car got scratched or hit? I would not expect you to say sorry or anything right? If you want to live with a bunch of selfish ignorant neighbors and deal with strong scents in the elevators and hallways, this is your place to be. But if not, I strongly suggest you look somewhere else because it definitely not worth the price and I myself am definitely not continuing my lease once it's up. Read More
