Smoke Shop and Gym Downstairs

Nov. 2024 Review: I had originally signed for a second-floor room, but the odor from the smoke shop downstairs was unbearable. So, I switched to a third-floor room for a fee and escaped the smell. However, every morning at 6AM I could still hear the banging in the gym downstairs. The whole building shakes vigorously every morning. When you walk the hallways, make sure you look at the floor--it's bent and caved in because of the age and shaking. Also, the windows are poorly insulated and let in… cold winds and the loud sounds from outside. I would not recommend this place despite the cheap rent. One thing is, however, the management is very great. Ahmed and Sofya were very nice.

Smoke shop

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. I had no idea what I was getting into. The apartments are located above a gym that starts banging weights around 5am on weekdays and 6am on weekends. It is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the apartments are located above a smoke shop that constantly keeps the door open into the lobby where the residents enter. It is completely unsafe and anyone can walk in pretty much whenever they want. The two washer and dryer facilities are… disgusting and I have only washed my clothes there twice since moving in.

This place is infested with pests and management won’t do anything but put a band aid over the situation
