As you enter through the front porch, you are welcomed by a spacious living room adorned with nautical accents, including antique ship replicas and instruments. A floor-to-ceiling field stone fireplace connects the living room with the dining room, which features a table that comfortably seats 6 to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, new stainless-steel gas stove, and refrigerator. Ascend the stairs to find a cozy reading nook on the oversized landing and access to the Breakfast Deck and the expansive roof deck, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the sea breezes.
For family-friendly accommodations, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Bell Buoy is ideally situated just a short stroll from Rockport’s downtown, the Shalin Liu Performance Center, art galleries, Rockport Harbor, and Front Beach. The vibrant downtown offers a treasure trove of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Enjoy a concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, where the back wall of the concert hall is a full wall of glass overlooking Rockport harbor. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
