We have lived here for about half a year and is one of the best/most peaceful areas we have lived at since moving here to Massachusetts. No complaints at all.

The previous management team was cooperative and easy to work with. Since the new team took over, the experience has been a disaster. Staff members are not collaborative and don’t even seem willing to understand tenant concerns.

For the first time, they increased our rent by 12%, which is even higher than the rates listed for new tenants. When I asked for an explanation, the response was simply, “It was decided by top management.” After some negotiation, they reduced the increase slightly, but… it is still around 7%.

I’m not sure whether I will renew my lease next year, and I would not encourage others to deal with this kind of situation.
