Madison Reserve Shrewsbury

If you are looking for a home in the Metro-West area, I highly recommend you consider Madison Place in Shrewsbury. Location-wise, the community is incredibly convenient. It is an easy commute to Boston at 40 minutes, and located within a five minute drive of four supermarkets including Wegman’s, a brand new Whole Foods, and a myriad of other retail establishments.

The community is very quiet and relaxing, as it sits down in a cosy village-like setting off Route Nine. Everything about living here is fantastic. The most important to me, it is always peaceful and quiet. If you work long hours and want to come home to peace and quiet, this is the place. The property is impeccably maintained and the staff always go out of their way to be helpful. The property is close to the train, close to grocery stores and shopping and close to 495. There is always plenty of parking. I could go on and on.....simply put, there is no place better place. SRP

Madison Place has been our choice of living for a year and a half now. We both had been relocated here for work, and when I saw the website for the community I was definitely intrigued. It has upgraded stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, open concept with high ceilings, central air that really cools the whole apartment, lots of storage space, covered patios that have great views, plenty of parking, and snow removal. That pretty much covered everything on… our “list of wants.”

My husband (who had been transferred here already) was scrambling to find a place for us to live quickly. He stopped in and met Mark (the office manager) and from that day he knew this was the place for us! We were put on the waiting list, and in a matter of a week or two Mark contacted us with an opening. The staff at Madison Place are all awesome! Mark and Jenn who work in the office are always very pleasant, and outgoing. They go above and beyond their office duties. I’ve seen them carry groceries, deliver mail/packages in the rain, and even out in the snow with a shovel or a salt can to assist fellow residents. Edie takes care of maintenance, and he is very nice. He can always be found on the apartment grounds fixing or upgrading things as needed. Any problems day or night Edie is here to help us residents.

The community is quiet, and peaceful. Our neighbors are friendly. We have access to great restaurants, shopping, hospitals, and public transportation. Overall we are very happy here. Thank you for a great experience thus far… Jenn B. Read More

Definitely the best apartment community in the area. I love the apartments and delight in the high-end finishes in the units. The property is always very quiet and peaceful. The office also takes care of all the snow removal and landscaping which is a huge plus! Absolutely no comparison to the other surrounding apartment communities... can't go wrong with Madison!
