Parking garbage issues
The apartment complex offers spacious floor plans and well-designed living spaces, which have been some of the highlights of our experience here. The apartments themselves are comfortable, and the property is generally well maintained.
Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that have added unnecessary stress to daily living. The biggest concern is parking. There is no assigned parking, and despite paying a significant amount in rent, residents often return home to find no available... spaces near their building. It is not uncommon to have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk a considerable distance home, which can be especially frustrating after a long day or during bad weather.
Another issue is the trash and recycling situation. There is only one centralized trash disposal area serving the entire complex. On weekends, when trash collection does not occur, the dumpsters frequently overflow, with garbage and recycling accumulating outside the containers. This creates unpleasant odors, appears unhygienic, and raises concerns about attracting rodents and pests.
Additionally, there appears to be inconsistent enforcement of parking rules. We have observed individuals parking in handicap-designated spaces without displaying the required handicap placards or license plates, seemingly without consequence. This is concerning and unfair to residents who genuinely need those spaces.
While the apartments themselves are nice and spacious, improvements in parking management, waste collection, and rule enforcement would significantly improve the overall resident experience.
