Absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is so nice and do everything in their power to help you. The residents though are inconsiderate, irritating, rude, LOUD, and more. There are multiple women who let their dogs run wild and yell at you if you say anything about their dogs jumping on you (they also let them bark all night). They also leave their dog poop everywhere so watch out! Also expected to trip over trash in the hallway which will also attract flies! We’ve had people take our packages… (staff installed security cameras immediately in the common room) people go through our laundry (staff placed locks on the laundry room doors) and a mice issue (maintenance came immediately to address and set traps). For the last few years now since MGM was completed and opened within walking distance of the Stockbridge Court Apartments, the management has continued to raise the rent on all of its apartments. The rent hasn't gone up only a few dollars, but it has gone up consistently $150.00 or more in some cases. I have lived here since 2015 and my rent has gone up $400.00 since my original lease agreement. The majority of that has been within the last couple of years. So, in conclusion, it's nice but not… that nice to where I will continue to put up with them continuing to raise my rent. The staff is great, maintenance and upkeep is very good and there is a nice mix of residents who are very friendly but also respect your privacy. I moved here coming from a 4 bedroom house in the suburbs and couldn't be happier. This is a great place to live!

We lived here for the past year and have had nothing but amazing experiences! The guys in the office are great, the apartments are spacious, clean and ready for move in. Highly recommend! If our jobs weren’t moving we wouldn’t be either!! Will miss our Stockbridge friends.
