Renew is anice area near all the towns around it. Any time you wanna go to another town it’s just near. I just love the pool around it. Whenever it’s summer yah it’s always ready open. The gym. Oh yes it’s very important to always work out!! It’s indeed a good job

Overall quiet and pleasant living experience. My only feedback is maintenance and follow-up is not always prompt but otherwise I have no complaints. Communication of different things happening from management occurs appropriately.

Roaches and mice galore. Maintenance doesn't care. Took over three months to fix a leak in my bathroom. Still waiting for them to clean the dust they left in my apartment.
