ReNew Taunton Apartment Collection

My experience moving into ReNew Taunton has been a living nightmare. Management failed to deliver the unit on the scheduled date and did not inform me of the delay until the day of my move. This breach of contract resulted in significant out-of-pocket expenses for housing and storage that management has refused to address. Despite having evidence of this major error, management continues to deny any accountability.

Once I finally moved in on February 6th, the unit was in poor condition. I am... still dealing with a kitchen sink leak, a toilet tank that won't refill, and a refrigerator that was supposed to be replaced weeks ago—all of which were reported at move-in. Living here and honestly… the vibe is chef’s kiss! Clean, chill, and the staff is actually amazing. Main character energy all day.

We have lived here for awhile now and have no complaints. After living in our own home for many years and not having any neighbors it was a big change for us to move into an apartment. We were very pleased that we couldn’t hear our neighbors. As with any complex there are people whom follow rules and people that don’t. As for the manager and maintenance team I have no complaint. If and when I have called maintenance I have received a quick and timely response to fix anything. The area is well... maintained and clean. Dog feces everywhere outside. They have a small pen for dogs, but that also has dog feces everywhere and is not maintained. It is very difficult to walk your dog and not step in it. Walls are paper thin, rugs and paint are cheap/low quality. Small outdated kitchen and bathrooms (efficiency toilets). Lower hallway has a constant musty odor that dates back since 2009. A hazardous sunken in sewer grate directly behind a handicapped parking space. Very poor drainage around buildings making it very... muddy when it rains or snow melts.
