I feel like everything keeps going downhill. There are a lot of "band-aids" but no real solutions. it is quite disappointing, especially considering the price paid to live here. the only positive is really the location and

It’s good to live here for the most part. Amenities are good but the apartments are too old and I think we need newer appliances and modifications should be made. Rent is too high compared to the facilities provided. And something needs to be done about the noise level in the lobby area.

They have really good leasing terms. The friendly neighbors and pet-friendly apartment. A great place to live in if you have younger kids. The close proximity to major stores is an added plus.

We've had a fine time with the people in charge at the apartment, and our maintenance crew is outstanding. However, the laundry situation is awful because the machines hardly ever work and my clothing has been burned in the dryer and they've increased the price without notice. The trash situation is also rough because people clog the chutes ALL the time
