The staff at the front office are extremely polite and worked with me to set up all my accounts, helping me sign my lease. They also explained all the fees I was being charged, as well as who to contact when I needed help. The apartment is very spacious, and the views are stunning, despite being a bit antique.

Part of this community for last 3 years it is in prime location where you can walk to walmart and target . Other shops are also near by with 5-10 mins drive.

I love the environment and amenities that Arrive can offer, the pool is awesome and always has two lifeguards, people here are polite and clean. Every morning I see the cleaners around and that’s make me so comfortable knowing the common areas are safe and clean for us.

Very appalling.A lot of awkward situations,Poor network when living on the T-level.Tenant can’t get a transfer for apartment they said will be ready for ya.Kids making a lot of noises in hallways.Maintenance keeps slamming their doors when you leave opposite.I mean is a lot of BS.
