After first lease will increase huge amount to your rent , if you complain the will say it is market , after you sign the lease you will find out they rent for new tenants less about 300 dollars

Thieves everywhere...every package that you order online, you only have 50-50 chance that you get it. Almost every package is being stolen in this community. You cannot order anything online as you'll miss that package in 90% of the cases, people who are stealing these packages know carrier delivery timings and steal the package as soon as it is dropped. No security cameras anywhere.

This community is full of thieves, if you order any package online it will be stolen in more than 70% of the cases. There's no corrective measures from management even after multiple complaints of packages being stolen. no security cameras anywhere in the community.

I love the location of the complex. It's in a woodsy area, with a lot of surrounding trees, adding a lot of shade, letting in a decent amount of sun. It's not the fanciest apartment complex in the area, but it is certainly unlike many others because of the location. There's access to a pool with stand by life guard, a gym, a common room for computer use and relaxation, and just a very friendly staff. The areas inside and out are very clean and maintained very often, with staff keeping up with... the look and appeal. It's alright. The apartment itself is good but the people that live here are sketchy. Additionally the leasing office lacks communication skills, maintenance crew is top notch though
