Listen to ME! Do not move in!
Unfortunately, this property has several ongoing issues that management has failed to address. Ther has been a long-term squirrel problem, with them running through the courtyard, on top of the roof, climbing on exterior walls/windows, damaging exterior areas, and accessing spaces near gas/electric meters. You can hear them through your apartment walls as early as 5-6am to as late as 10-11pm. This has been happening at least since January 2024. I have brought this up to management and they are… refusing to act stating "we can't do anything about this."
The property grounds are poorly maintained. Sidewalks flood after rainfall and maintenance does not always do a good job cleaning up after major rainstorms.
Management is occasionally hard to work with. Residents are NOT allowed to talk to upper management, even if you are having an issue with said property management. Your concerns cannot be escalated. You are forced to work with property management and can only HOPE they escalate your concerns to the proper channels.
I would not recommend this property to stay there. I recently renewed my lease, and I am honestly regretting my decision.
