The Osprey

I lived at the Osprey for almost 2 years. Let’s just say I loved it! From day one the team at the leasing office and the maintain team has been nothing but amazing! When I say no issues. If any, they handled it immediately! I would like to say my son loved stopping at the office every morning to greet everyone before heading out to daycare. Dawson, josh, Hannah and Kelly were awesome. Rachel the Manager made sure we were taken care of during our stay. I’d recommend this place if you ever decide… to move to Aberdeen or the Harford county area. I can’t forget about the neighbors. We all looked out for each other in our building. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, great communication with office and maintenance staff

Maintenance guys really quick to response just according to level of urgency.

I moved in post-renovation. The renovations were a coat of paint and some pretty shoddy repair work - doors weren't installed properly and didn't close, scuffs and marks all over an apartment that was "just painted and renovated when I moved in", etc. Beyond that, the apartment itself is extremely humid, grossly so. Can't leave salt out without it clumping and getting wet, can't leave chips out for 20 mins without them getting soggy, and I generally felt worse the mornings I woke up here… compared to those I didn't. Maintenance is very hit or miss. They don't care much to help you so they really only come out when they feel like it, and sometimes they don't even know how to perform the work they should be capable of. If you get locked out, submit a maintenance ticket online (only during working hours) and you MIGHT get a reply within several hours. I have had relatively good service from the leasing office staff over email/phone, but that is the only decent thing about this place. Read More
