Presidential Towers

They have horrible customer service and weird policies. They don't care about people and are arrogant and rude. Weird, weird place to live and absolutely not worth the amount of money charge, it's ran more like a jail house or a subsidy property then market rent! I absolutely hate this property!

safe neighborhood with police presents all the time. Nice people of all races interacting with one another peacefully. Nice walk to shopping center. quick to bus stops. Areas common to all well maintained and a nice pool to cool off if necessary. Great out space. Staff very helpful. Perfect apartment for anyone peaceful.

It's a condo community. Very nice, but units are individually owned. Buildings are well maintained and clean. Close to White Oak Shopping Center, Langley Park/ Takoma Park. Access to R1, K6, and Rideon 20. Walking distance to RiteAid and Bestway Grocery store. Great area for walking and bike riding.

First of all i want to say that this apartment is a great place to live. my hole family lives here, my aunt my dad and I but in different apartment. we have lived her for more than 3 years and especially my aunt has lived here for more that 6 years. the environment is quite, its neat, very well organized. the maintenance teams are always ready to help and maintain the environment. the manager is kind and well soft spoken and the customer service is very accurate. this a place you can cal home .... the only little tiny problem is that its little bit on the high side but its worth it.
