Located in an area that includes many grocery stores, various shopping venues, and restaurants. The highways allow easy access to Baltimore, eastern Shore, Washington and major highways

The Aventon Annapolis is great! The property is clean and well maintained. The staff (especially Brandon!) is friendly and helpful. Any issues that we've had were handled quickly and efficiently. We are happy that we chose the Aventon!

Residing at Aventon Annapolis has been a fabulous transition from downsizing from our five-bedroom. Everything is here for you, including a pool, community area, and fitness facility. The staff has been excellent. Any concerns are easily resolved (and there haven’t been many). Highly recommend Aventon Annapolis.
