These are convenient and functional apartments in a good location. The apartments that back onto the woodland areas are really lovely. I was, however pretty shocked by the 20% rent increase at our first renewal.

I like my apartment. I’m not happy with the recent rent increase. I just don’t feel the value, there’s a lot of turnover at this property parking can sometimes be an issue. I still don’t know if the pool is open. Haven’t received notification. I have old washer & dryer in my apartment and my hot water is iffy. ultimately I don’t feel like this is a community that values residents

The office staff is very responsive and I appreciate the friendliness of the maintenance crews. The community feels safe and is quiet most of the time, two qualities that remain at the top of my priorities in a neighborhood.
