UNSAFE

Constant Shooting and commotion outside. It’s never peaceful. Cops are always around, and trouble is always starting.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, NOT SAFE

I moved here in February 2019 thinking that the area improved because that’s what I was told. IT HAS NOT IMPROVED. Every day is LOUD. People hanging out on the steps blocking the way every day and hanging out. Gunshots, drive-bys, and cops nearly every week. The security turn the other cheek whenever arguments or trouble is stirring up in the street. They ignore it although they are right there. I am moving ASAP! Not safe for my kids.

UNSAFE FOR KIDS AND WAY DISRESPECTFUL

This community is not SAFE for kids very dirty the rental office personnel is very nasty and DISRESPECTFUL...The security disrespect the tenants like they all are bad tenants..All HONESTY the whole thing need to be thrown away and built again....Not to mention half the tenants don't even have Mailbox keys but they renovating all jokes
