Overall a good experience since moving here. The gym is lovely, the complex is usually always kept up and clean, the neighborhood is walkable, I love the little events that go on within the community every month, and management always keeps us up to date on what’s happening/going to happen. The only things that I can say is that management needs to be a bit better at replying to emails and enforcing the parking situations better in the garage. We pay too much money a month for parking to have... our assigned parking spots taken every day, then people parking in no parking areas and blocking people in spots because of it. I love living at 225!! For it to be in the City I feel safe and comfortable living here. Haven’t come across any rude neighbors. My dog also enjoys it too.

Just based on the tour I’ve taken of the place it’s such a beautiful and lovely place to call home with much more to offer than just a place to stay but it’s a family oriented place where all would feel welcome.

This seems like a great community with very friendly and helpful staff. Even though I haven’t officially moved in yet, the experience so far has been very positive. I’m really looking forward to settling in and enjoying a comfortable and peaceful stay here.”

The apartment and amenities are nice, and the location is convenient to the inner harbor, sports stadiums, and the train station. The leasing staff recently changed, and the new staff seem to be slower at getting issues in the building fixed. The apartment has a really cool penthouse with games and a theater room, but the TV in the theater is totally worn out so everything on the screen looks blue. The apartment gym is great with a good amount of cardio equipment (except for stairmaster).
