Living at Alta Federal Hill is a very pleasant experience. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. Noise is minimal and the leasing staff is exceptional. They really do care about their residents.

Alta has indeed been a wonderful place to call home. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The amenities are top-notch, making everyday living both comfortable and convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents.
One of the standout aspects is the maintenance team—they are prompt and efficient and always ensure that any service requests are handled quickly and professionally. Additionally, the garage... parking is a huge plus—it is well-maintained, secure, and incredibly convenient.
For anyone looking for a quiet, well-appointed apartment with fantastic amenities and outstanding service, I highly recommend Alta. It’s a place that truly feels like home!

I can't lie - of course we love positive reviews, but your honesty gives us the chance to improve, so many thanks to you for taking the time to share! Having down elevators can be such a hassle, that's why we have three in the event one is down for... service. As we announced last week, the contractor has fixed the problem & now all three are back in service.
