Maintenance does not fix anything
Whenever you call in a maintenance request it takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months to fix it sometimes a year. There is never anyone in the rental office. The only time there is someone in the rental office is when it's time to pay rent. These units are infested with mice. During the last snowstorm the tenants had to remove the snow in order to get out. And if you like your own privacy forget it the walls are paper-thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring at night and I'm not exaggerating. There is... nothing that I can say good about these apartments except they're in a good neighborhood.
