Good Place but Bad Air Conditioning

It's a pretty good place, but the air conditioning in the apartment is way too weak. Even with the A/C running continuously, in the summer, the internal temperature regularly reaches 80 degrees and above.

I love living at Fountainview apartments

Apartments and grounds are beautiful. if there is a maintenance problem it is resolved quickly. Eileen, the office manager wants her residence to be comfortable, happy and safe. She responds immediately to any concern.

Excellent place to live

I moved here a month ago from California after searching long distance for 8 months. As soon as I reached leasing agent Eileen, I knew my search was over. Everything she said about the available apartment, complex and surrounding community proved to be true. The apartment is spacious, has modern appliances, new carpeting, is quiet and has a lovely view of the beautiful courtyard. There were only a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed when I moved in and Eileen made sure that the... excellent maintenance staff did so in a timely manner. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Fountainview is very well maintained and the surrounding area is lovely too and safe.

We love Fountainview Apartments!
Our family lived there since 1994!!
Currently my mom lives in the apartment and truly enjoys great care to apartment complex and quick attention if needed from apartment management!! Ms. Eileen is very responsive and goes above and beyond on all our requests!!
We definitely recommend this nice residence!!

Great place and excellent manager

I moved to Fountainview last month and already loved this place. The apartment is renovated and functional, the courtyard is green and quiet, and people are nice there. Especially, I want to thank Eileen (Leasing Consultant) for being super kind, responsive, and helpful. She is always there whenever I need help.
