17 years and still nun

My grandparent lives here it's been 17 or 18 years and is just getting new carpet... And still never got a new AC or new frigerator or no new appliances they raise the rent multiple times but don't do any work they overcharge these people people died in the building and been in there for months before even getting removed security is worthless staff is worthless this place needs to be Under New Management or closed down
